Yes. Cappish learns your tone from past messages, your menu, and a short voice brief. Most teams say guests can't tell the difference — and you can review and tweak replies any time.
Cappish is conservative on allergens by design. For severe or unusual requests it flags the booking, alerts the kitchen, and tells the guest your chef will confirm in person on arrival.
OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms, Resy, DesignMyNight, and most major UK systems. If you take bookings via WhatsApp or a calendar, we support that too.
That's your call. Many UK restaurants choose a hybrid mode where Cappish handles routine messages and a human jumps in for anything complex or VIP. Disclosure can be enabled per channel.
Yes. Cappish is built for UK GDPR from day one: data is hosted in the UK and EU, guest data is never used to train shared models, and you can request deletion at any time.
